Dubai - Mubasher: The general assembly meeting of Salik Company has approved its financial results for 2025 and the distribution of dividends for the second half (H2).
The DFM-listed group will disburse AED 890.30 million, equivalent to AED 0.11 per share, for H2-25, according to Emirates News Agency (WAM).
The dividend amount includes 100% of the net profit of AED 782.50 million, in addition to exceptional profits of AED 107.80 million.
At the end of December 2025, the company logged a net profit of AED 1.55 billion, representing a 33.40% growth compared to 2024.
Likewise, the revenues jumped by 35.10% to AED 3.09 billion last year from AED 2.29 billion in 2024.
