Cairo – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting of Samcrete Misr gave a nod to splitting the company in to three companies, said a bourse filling.
Samcrete said its capital following the splitting process will be EGP 112.2 million.
The company reported net profits of EGP 3.5 million for the third quarter of 2016.
