Cairo - Mubasher: Samcrete Misr posted a surge in profits by for the second quarter of 2017, according to a bourse filing.
The company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday that profits reached EGP 16.8 million in Q2-17 compared to EGP 150,600 for the same period last year.
During the same period, revenues grew to EGP 628.5 million from EGP 180.97 million in Q2-16, as shown by the company’s financial statements.
As for the first half of the year, profits increased to EGP 35.07 million up from EGP 773,530 for the corresponding period in 2016.
