Cairo – Mubasher: Prime Holding said on Tuesday that Sameem Capital raised its stake in the capital from 4.9% to 5.1%.
Sameem bought 82,200 shares at a value of EGP 216,300, at EGP 2.63 per share, according to a bourse filing.
Prime's capital amounts to EGP 364.1 million, distributed over 72.8 million shares at a nominal value of EGP 5 per share.
