Mubasher: Sanad Holding on Sunday announced that its board approved increasing the company’s capital by KWD 15 million.
Sanad will raise its capital through issuing shares for the company’s shareholders, according to the company’s statement on Boursa Kuwait.
The company’s board meeting was held on 4 January 2018, where they agreed to increase the capital to KWD 58.73 million from KWD 43.73 million.
Sanad is listed on Boursa Kuwait’s secondary market.
