Mubasher: The board members of Sanad Holding Co approved raising the company's capital by KWD 31.73 million.
The capital increase will be through adding KWD 21.73 million via the creditors’ account, and KWD 10 million via a private subscription by the shareholders, according to a bourse filing issued on Thursday.
The company’s current capital stands at KWD 12 million distributed on 120 million shares, with a par value of 100 fils per share.
