Riyadh-Mubasher: Sanad Cooperative Insurance Co. has cancelled its contract with BMG Financial, the financial advisor of its capital increase, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
The company will appoint another advisor later.
The insurer earlier obtained the approval of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) to raise its capital through offering rights issue shares worth SAR 200 million.
