Sanad’s board chairman resigns

Riyadh – Mubasher: Sanad Cooperative Insurance announced the step down of the chairman of the board, Abdul Hamid Abdullah Fattah, on 16 April.

The company noted that the resignation was due to personal reasons and will be effective as of the date of submission, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

In a separate statement, Sanad disclosed the standing down of two board members Yazeed Saleh Al Subaie and Jamil Ali Hussan Shahawi.

Al Subaie had submitted his resignation on 17 April due to the stoppage of the board’s work, while Shahawi’s resignation was submitted on 13 April and approved on 16 April due to personal reasons.
