Riyadh-Mubasher: The Saudi Public Transport Co. (Saptco) said its shareholders will start e-voting on the agenda items of the upcoming ordinary meeting as of 11:00am, Monday, 21 March.
The general meeting will look into the proposed cash dividends for 2015 at 5% of the stock’s par value, or SAR 0.5 a share, totalling SAR 62.5 million.
