Riyadh-Mubasher: The shareholders of Saudi Public Transport Co. (Saptco) will hold their meeting on 11 April to discuss dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The ordinary general meeting was rescheduled from Monday due to incomplete quorum.
The dividends represent 5% of capital or SAR 0.50 per share, totalling SAR 62.5 million.
The shareholders will also discuss the board’s report for the fiscal year 2015, as well as approving the balance sheet.
Saptco’s stock declined 0.5% to SAR 12 on Tuesday.
