Cairo – Mubasher: Real estate developer Marakez, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair, has revealed plans to inaugurate Tanta Mall in the Egyptian governorate of Gharbia during the third quarter of 2019.
Spanning 135,000 square metres, the development will include 140 stores, comprising Spinneys, LC Waikiki, Billy Beez, and Galaxy Cinema, according to a statement.
Egypt-based Marakez also owns Mall of Arabia in 6th October City.
Fawaz Abdulaziz Al Hokair last reported a 45.47% year-on-year decrease in net profit for the fourth quarter of 2018, logging SAR 26.5 million, from SAR 48.6 million.
