Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Finance (MoF) has closed the October issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
The issuance size was set at SAR 7.265 billion, according to the ministry’s statement on Tuesday.
The sukuk issuances were divided into four tranches as follows:
- The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.130 billion for sukuk matures in 2025.
- The second tranche has a size of SAR 654 million for sukuk matures in 2030.
- The third tranche has a size of SAR 362 million, and a total tranche size of SAR 9.471 billion, matures in 2034.
- The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 5.119 billion, and a total tranche size of SAR 20.615 billion, matures in 2049.
