Saudi Arabia lifts coronavirus curfew today

Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Arabia will lift the nationwide curfew on Sunday, 21 June, and will resume all economic and commercial activities, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, citing an official source from the Ministry of Interior.

However, Umrah, visits, and international flights will remain suspended. Entry and exit to the kingdom via land or sea are also prohibited until further notice.

Moreover, the official emphasised several procedures that should be taken into account, subject to regular periodic evaluation and review by the Ministry of Health. This includes full abidance to all approved preventive protocols by all activities.

Commitment to social distancing rules and face masks will remain in place and social gatherings shall not exceed 50 persons at most.
