Saudi Arabia to build 12 fisheries at SAR 445m – MEWA

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture (MEWA) on Monday revealed plans to establish 12 fishing harbours at a combined value of SAR 444.6 million over the coming period.

These fisheries will be disseminated across six regions, the ministry added.

 The fishing harbours are expected to include 4,527 fishing boats.

This potential investment is part of MEWA’s plans to develop fishing harbours in coastal areas.
