Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabian tourism sector’s revenues registered SAR 175 billion in 2017, compared to SAR 57 billion in 2004, The Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage’s (SCTH) deputy chief for programs and products, Abdullah Al-Murshid stated on Monday.
The tourism sector in Saudi Arabia is one of the main pillars of the national economy and the SCTH works with all the competent authorities to develop it, Al-Murshid told CNBC.
The SCTH participated in several international and local fairs to present the available investments in over 13 promising attractions in the kingdom, the top official concluded.
