Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Aramco, officially the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, will list on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) by 11 December, Al Arabiya reported on Tuesday.
The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) announced that the company plans to float the initial public offering (IPO) on 3 November.
Pricing will start on 17 November, with a final price for the float expected to be announced on 4 December, sources told Al Arabiya.
Accordingly, trading on Tadawul will begin on 11 December.
Aramco’s IPO comes along with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
