Saudi Aramco ups crude prices for Asia, Europe, US

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Aramco has increased May price for its Arab Light grade to Northwest Europe by $1.10 per barrel, compared to April, according to Reuters.

The Saudi major oil producer raised its Arab Light OSP for Asian customers by $0.20 for May to a premium of $1.40 per barrel to the Oman/Dubai average.

“The Arab Light OSP to the US was raised 10 cents a barrel to a premium of $3.15 a barrel to the Argus Sour Crude Index (ASCI) for May,” the international news agency revealed.

Saudi Aramco’s crude oil deliveries rose 2.3%, or nearly 235,000 barrels per day (bpd) year-on-year, over the course of 2018.

Crude oil deliveries of Aramco, the world’s largest oil company, totalled 10.32 million bpd last year, compared to 10.08 million bpd in 2017, according to a prospectus issued by the kingdom’s oil giant for its first ever international bond.
