Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) on Sunday approved amending Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia's business profile.
The amendments include letting the company deal as a principle, an agent, an underwriter, and custodian, the CMA’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) added.
After the amendments, Goldman Sachs Saudi Arabia's business profile will include dealing as a principal, an agent, and an underwriter, managing investment funds and discretionary portfolios management, as well as the arrangement and advisory of custody activities.
