Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the amended Rules for Qualified Foreign Financial Institutions Investment in Listed Securities, according to a statement issued on Tuesday.
The decision will enter into force starting from Tuesday 23 January 2018.
The move comes as part of the authority's strategic objectives to develop the capital market and to expand the institutional investments, as per the statement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) website.
