Riyadh - Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has cancelled the licence granted to Saudi Portfolio Securities (SPS) to conduct arranging and consultation activities.
The decision comes as the company did not fulfil its capacity requirements to proceed in the licensed securities business, according to an official statement on Tuesday.
SPS is an independent private investment bank, specialised in financial advisory and private equity.
