Riyadh – Mubasher: The Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) on Tuesday has signed a cooperation agreement with the Italian Export Credit Agency (SACE) to boost economic collaboration between the kingdom and the European country.
This deal is very important on the back of strong relations between the two countries which have a bilateral trade amounted to $7.4 billion in 2016, CSC’s chairperson Ahmed Al Rajhi said in a statement.
Italy is interested in strengthening relations with the oil-rich nation and targets more expansion into various fields, SACE’s CEO Alessandro Decio stated.
Italy is also keen on developing bilateral trade with the Kingdom to benefit from investment opportunities in the world's top oil exporter, Ambassador Luca Ferrari noted.
