Saudi Cable agrees SAR 264m debt rescheduling with Al Rajhi

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Cable Company (SCC) has signed an agreement with Al Rajhi Bank to reschedule an overdue and unsettled loan worth SAR 264.18 million.

A total of SAR 58.3 million will be rescheduled in two years with a six month grace period, while SAR 205.88 million will be settled in four years, extendable to five years provided that the first amount is paid in the agreed period, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.       

The guarantees provided for the rescheduled loan is a signed promissory note.
