Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Airlines Catering Co. said its ordinary general meeting (OGM) will be held on 12 January, to elect board members for the next three-year term starting from 26 January 2016.
Shareholders will also discuss the appointment of board members Raid Al-Mudaihem and Abdullah Taibah approved earlier by the board.
The appointments will be effective until the end of the current term ended on 25 January 2016.
