Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Airlines Catering Co. said the board, in a meeting held on Thursday, has appointed Yahya Alyahya as chairman, according to the company's statement to the Saudi bourse.
In addition, the board formed the audit, nomination and remuneration committees, in accordance with the duties and authorities stated in its charters and the relevant regulations.
