Saudi Catering sets 5 May for EGM
Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Airlines Catering Company said Tuesday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on 5 May to authorise the board of directors to pay quarterly cash dividends, according to a bourse filing.
The EGM will discuss SAR 571 million ($152.25 million) cash dividends distributed for 2015.
The meeting will also look into the report of the company’s board of directors on the fiscal year 2015 and adopt the balance sheet.
The company is capitalised at SAR 820 million ($218.64 million) distributed across 82 million shares with a nominal value of SAR 10 ($2.67).
The stock closed Today’s trading with a rise of 0.58% to SAR 104.41 ($27.84).
