Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Airlines Catering’s board decided to distribute cash dividends for the first quarter of 2017.
The company will pay dividends of SAR 1.25 per share, totalling SAR 102.5 million and representing 12.5% of nominal value, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The Saudi-listed firm will start distributing the dividends on 8 June to the shareholders of record who are registered in the Depository Center Company at the end of trades on 21 May. The distribution will be through Saudi British Bank (SABB).
Saudi Airlines Catering reported a 6.9% year-on-year decrease to SAR 121.39 million in Q1-17 from SAR 130.39 million.
In a separate statement, the company announced appointing Raed Ibrahim Al Mudaiheem as the vice chairman for the current term which began on 26 January 2017 and will end on 25 January 2019.
