Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Ceramics Company announced on Wednesday that it has finished the trial production phase of the second sanitary plant and started the commercial production on 25 June.
According to a bourse filing, the estimated cost in the beginning of the project and before the contract signing was SAR 120 million for the first phase with a production capacity of 18,000 tons per year.
The production capacity is expected to reach 25,000 tons per year with a cost of SAR 210 million.
Revenues from the project are forecasted to grow from SAR 75 million to SAR 140 million with full capacity.
The company said that it expects the financial impact of the project to appear by the end of the third quarter of fiscal 2015.
