Saudi Darb notifies investors regarding appeal against SAR 100m compensation lawsuit

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Darb Investment Company disclosed an update regarding the lawsuit filed against the former members of the Board of Directors for the term from 10 February 2010 to 9 February 2013.

The case filed before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) seeks compensation in the amount of SAR 100 million, according to a bourse filing.

The defendants have filed an appeal before the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes.

Legal counsel includes Ahmed bin Othman Al Huqail, Abdulilah bin Abdullah Al Shuhail, and Saad bin Fahd Al Khanfari, as well as Ahmed bin Othman Al Huqail and Partners Law Firm for Legal Advocacy and Legal Consultations.

In 2025, the Tadawul-listed company changed its name from Al Baha Investment and Development Company to Saudi Darb Investment.
