Cairo – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Elaj Group announced acquiring a 15% stake in Egypt's Al O'youn Al Dawli Hospital (International Eye Hospital).
Elaj is planning to acquire two more hospitals in the coming period, in addition to Tiba Lab, according to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX), citing an informed source as saying.
On Tuesday, the Saudi company announced the acquisition of 74% of Egyptian Cairo Lab Clinical Laboratory’s shares in consideration of EGP 36 million.
