Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Fisheries Co., also known as Al-Asmak, said the board on Monday accepted the resignation of CEO Mohammed Jaber Al-Sahali, to be effective from the same date.
Al-Sahali will continue serving as the company's advisor, Al-Asmak added in a bourse statement.
