Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Saudi Fisheries Company (Alasmak) appointed Waleed Bin Hamad Al Bathi as the company’s new CEO during a meeting held on 20 May.
The decision will be effective starting from 1 July, according to a filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
In the first quarter of 2019, Alasmak posted a 54.33% year-on-year jump in its losses, recording SAR 9.24 million.
