Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Fransi Capital said it will pay SAR 45 million in cash dividends to Bonyan REIT Fund’s unitholders for the period from 1 May 2020 until 31 October 2020.
The distributions will be to 162.881 million existing units at SAR 0.276 per unit, according to a stock exchange statement on Wednesday.
Moreover, the amount represents 2.76% of the unit’s initial price and 2.73% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 30 June 2020.
Eligibility of dividends will be to the unitholders as per the unitholders’ registry at the end of 9 November 2020. The distributions will be paid within 15 business days from the maturity date, the fund manager said.
