Saudi Fransi posts 12% profit growth for Q4

Riyadh-Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), a lender part-owned by Credit Agricole, reported net income of SAR 950 million for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2015, up 12% compared with SAR 851 million in the same period last year.

Full-year net profits also climbed 15% year-on-year to SAR 4 billion from SAR 3.5 billion.

The profit growth was driven by a rise in total operating income, due to higher net special commission income, the bank said.
