Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Competition (GAC) expressed its no objection to finalise the economic concentration process between ACR III Construction Holdings II B.V. in the Netherlands and Permasteelisa S.p.A.
Accordingly, ACR III Construction Holdings will acquire the entire issued and outstanding shares of Permasteelisa, according to a statement on Wednesday.
Italy’s Permasteelisa Group is a leading global contractor in the design, engineering, project management, manufacture, installation, and after sale-service of architectural envelops and interiors.
Present in four continents, with a network of around 40 companies in 30 countries and 10 production plants, the group generates a total turnover of around EUR 1.1 billion per year.
