Saudi Ground Services' losses retreat 54% in 9M

Riyadh – Mubasher: The net losses after Zakat and tax of Saudi Ground Services Company plunged by 54.389% to SAR 153.342 million in the first nine months of 2021 from SAR 336.202 million in the year-ago period, according to the company interim financials for the nine-month period ended on 30 September 2021.

The company generated revenues of SAR 1.168 billion in the January-September period of 2021, up 30.53% year-on-year (YoY) from SAR 895.165 million.

The losses per share settled at SAR 0.82 in the first nine months of 2021, against SAR 1.79 in the same period of the previous year.

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2021, the company's net losses after zakat and tax decreased by 49.89% YoY to SAR 43.487 million from SAR 86.79 million in the corresponding quarter of 2020.

It is noteworthy to mention that during the first half (H1) of 2021, the company registered a net loss after Zakat and tax worth SAR 109.85 million, lower by 55.9% than SAR 249.41 million in the same six months last year.
