Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Hollandi Bank said its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) authorized the board to select a new commercial identity for the bank and its units, according to a statement.
The board will be authorised to take the necessary procedures in respect of this change with the concerned authorities.
The bank's board was elected for the next term from 1 January 2017 to 3 December 2019.
