Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export announced on Sunday that it has terminated its contract with Zahad Union Company for the technical management of Sara Medical Supplies Factory (Saramed) and the marketing of its products.
According to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday, the factory will be run and operated by the company, adding that the financial impact of decision will be announced later.
In June, Saudi Industrial Export and Zahad Union signed a five-year agreement to manage the medical supplies factory and market its products.
