Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Company (SIEC) on Sunday announced signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Wafra for Industry to export Wafra’s products outside the Kingdom.
The MoU started Saturday, 25 March 2017, and will extend for a three-month period.
Last month, SIEC had signed a six-month MoU to acquire 100% of TAAQAAT Technical Co for Contracting.
The industrial export company’s stock last traded up 2.26% to SAR 31.63 on Thursday.
