Riyadh-Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIEC) said its board of directors approved the resignation of Soliman Ben Abdul Mohsen Al Oweid, Managing Director.
The resignation will be effective as of 20 November 2016, said a bourse filling.
The company’s board also approved to appoint Fahad EL Dosary as a successor for Al Oweid starting from 1 December 2016.
