Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) has awarded new construction and development contracts worth as much as SAR 1.2 billion since the beginning of 2018.
The amounts allocated for developing the KAEC’s industrial valley and the residential areas with its utilities represented 20% of the deals’ value, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, citing the KAEC’s acting CEO Ahmed Linjawy.
The remaining 80% of the agreements’ value allocated to launch various projects, services, and products that will serve the city’s population, investors, employees, and visitors in a slew of sectors including tourism, recreation, and sports, Linjawy added.
