Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs has signed seven investment contracts valued at SAR 1.6 billion, according to the ministry’s recent statement.
Two contracts are inked by Eastern Eamana to build 20,000 car parking areas.
In addition, four deals were sealed to set up 300 advertising panels.
The ministry added that only one contract was signed to upgrade and operate shopping malls in Al Madina, as part of the Saudi Foras Investment scheme, which launched more than 4500 projects since inception.
