Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Debt Management Center said it has closed the October 2020 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 270 million.
The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches. The first tranche has a size of SAR 235 million and a total tranche size of SAR 782.8 million, matures in 2027, according to a press release on Sunday.
The second tranche has a size of SAR 35 million and a total tranche size of SAR 7.650 billion, matures in 2032.
The National Debt Management Center is affiliated to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Finance (MoF).
