Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Finance (MoF) has issued sukuk at a value of SAR 1.285 billion under its Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.
After the MoF received all investor applications for its tenth issue of 2018 (10-2018), the total value of the issuance reached SAR 6.535 billion, according to a statement.
The issue was distributed over three tranches, with the first tranche valued at SAR 2.730 billion due 2023, while the value of the second tranche amounted to SAR 1.435 billion, with a maturity date in 2023, the MoF revealed, noting that the value of the third tranche amounts to SAR 2.370 billion, with a maturity date in 2028.
