Riyadh – Mubasher: National Building and Marketing Co on Sunday announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Fahd bin Saad Al Madbal to sell its 65% stake in Scientific Company for Pharmaceutical Products Ltd for SAR 23 million.
The financial impact of this agreement will be determined if a final sale agreement is signed, National Building said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The company will post further details regarding this matter later, according to the statement.
It is worth noting that the MoU was signed on Saturday, 22 December.
