Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudi Paper Manufacturing decided to appoint Hassan bin Mrezn bin Ali Asiri as the new CEO as of 1 February 2017, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
Earlier, the company approved the resignation of the CEO Adel Bin Mohamed Bin Abdul Samad Ezzat for personal reasons and appointed Abdul Rahman Al-Otaibi, the former general manager, as a temporary acting CEO as of 8 November 2016.
