Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SPMC) approved the resignation of the chief executive officer (CEO), Adel Bin Mohamed Bin Abdul Samad Ezzat, for personal reasons.
The company appointed on Monday Abdul Rahman Al-Otaibi, the former general manager, as a temporary acting CEO as of 8 November, 2016, according to a bourse filing.
