Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company said that its chairman, Abdul Rahman bin Saleh Abdul Rahman Al Ubaid, has resigned from his position on 21 October 2019.
The company has appointed the board member, Saad Ammash Saad Al Shammary, as the new chairman, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The company noted that it will name a new board member, instead of Al Shammary, as per competent rules and regulations later on.
