Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company announced that its chairman, Saad Ammash Saad Al Shammary, has resigned from his position, according to a disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.
The company noted that it will appoint Fahad Mohamed Al Dawood as the new chairman.
