Riyadh – Mubasher: The merger of state-owned Saudi Railways Organization (SRO) and Saudi Railways Company (SAR) is expected to be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2019, transport minister Nabil Al-Amoudi said on Tuesday.
The kingdom is currently adjusting partnership contracts with the private sector to develop ports, Al-Amoudi added in an interview with CNBC Arabia.
Al-Amoudi further noted that the ministry is holding discussions about airports privatisation.
