Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi minister of housing, Majed Al Hogail, said that the Real Estate Development Fund intends to issue sukuk in 2017.
The sukuk will be issued through a public offering, and it will have a total value of not more than SAR 10 billion, Al Hogail told Mubasher on the sidelines of the ‘Sukuk Markets, Challenges and Opportunities’ conference in Riyadh, which is organized by the Saudi Capital Market Authority in coordination with the World Bank.
